AXO Alum's surgery
 

I know most of you know about the surgery she had yesterday, and here is a recent update you might like to know about...
She is doing well! She was only in surgery for 30 minutes and recovery for two hours. She had a little trouble waking up. She is back at home now and sleeping as much as possible. Other than being a little tired she is very well.

How sweet of you to post this - I am really touched! Really (as in not my usual sarcastic self) -- I am here in the land of the almost-but-not-quite living. Yesterday was really rough, but thank God I slept through *most* of it. It definitely wasn't as bad as my appendectomy a few years back. My mom is here taking care of me since hubby still has to earn a living, so I am at least eating well http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/smile.gif

Anyway, I'm going to check on a few more topics, but then head back to bed. Thanks to all of you for your well wishes - it really means SO much to me!

OMG AXO Alum, i cant believe you are already on GC this fast! Shame on you- you should be in bed and resting....what an ADDICT! hehe, im just kidding sweetie! I am glad you are up and about but remember to stay in bed most of the time.

Okay, now I'm glad AXO is great also. Sounds like you're quite the fast healer. However, bucutie, you're right, the fact she's back up on greekchat the day after she says she'll be gone for a week is pretty funny. Glad you're feeling well enough to type to us! lol

Thanks everyone! I am doing much better. I have been at work all week, but its been a heck of a week to say the least. I am supposedly working on the 4 "must have now" projects littering my desk, but y'all know I'm an addict and can't stay away for too long!
