Nicole Richie!! :rolleyes: She sets a new record of 82 minutes...yeah, Paris had a longer total jail time, but still- 82 min?!

....also today, Lindsay gets sentenced to one day in jail.

Considering that Nikki was supposed to serve 4 days and she served 82 minutes, LiLo will probably get fingerprinted, mugshots and be sent on her way. She might see what a jail cell looks like. From the outside.

That's crazy. Nicole was so much worse than Paris. LiLo's the worst yet. I couldn't believe she avoiding felony charges too. She has got to have an amazing attorney. If she was anywhere else her butt would be in so much trouble.

Using this ratio, LiLo will serve 20.5 minutes.

She will get a brief orientation and be sent home on good behavior. "Here is the jail. Have a nice day."

I thought for sure that Lindsay Lohan would be in jail atleast a month. ONE DAY? She has TWO underage DUIs and a cocaine possession- how is that possible?!

Several of us were talking about it at work this morning and decided she'll most likely be dead by the time she's 25.

at least nicole richie pleaded guilty and owned up to what she did. she also didnt wait until the last minute to surrender herself. she actually went a couple weeks early. i saw on the news that they let her out because of jail overcrowding. lindsay lohan should be in jail for way longer. if she wasnt a celebrity, she would have way longer in jail for 2 duis (especially since one was underage!) and possession of cocaine. i think its ridiculous that our legal system is more leniant to celebrities, especially since so many young girls look up to these so called stars! this is just showing young people that they can do whatever they want and nothing will happen to them!

the pregnancy no. the fact that shes rich maybe. women are pregnant in jail all the time and give birth so i doubt that that would make a difference. even throughout the whole paris hilton charade they kept saying that that jail was overcrowded and that non violent offenders were often let out early of their sentences if they werent that long. i think linday lohans sentence is totally because shes young and rich.
