Crown Ideas
 

Hey GC Zetas!

I'm in charge of my chapter's crown events and I was wondering if you all had any creative ideas so that we can attract some great girls. We usually try to make it about 5 to 7 days long. The catch is that most of the events have to be on campus and we don't have a house/floor. Any suggestions?

Not having a house always makes it harder to plan CROWN events I think. Here are a few that went over well when I was collegiate.

*Ice Cream Social (See if you can use the cafeteria or other food services on campus for a location)
*Field Games (Kickball Tournament = really fun)
*Have a board games night, bring snacks. (Again you could set that up easily in a classroom.

We even had a board game in our chapter room that was ZTA Trivia, and it always led to great questions from PNMs about philanthropy, history, etc.

Have you thought about a PJs party in one of the student center rooms? We also have "greys anatomy" night to watch and dicuss.

Or even a service project in the student center? Making cards or candles for breast cancer patients.

One of my favorite CROWN events I went to when I was still a collegiate was the "Bachelor" viewings. We would watch the show intently, and then gossip during the commercials. Relaxed and fun!
