bwhahahahahah!!!!!

im mad his name is "copywritten"! from my experience, and i know someone is going to ask how and why this was let thru, inmates have more rights than we do out here! they can sue whoever the hell they want for whatever the hell they feel like, and legally the court has to at least acknowledge it... a waste of taxpayer dollars, but this mess is hilarious!

"michael vick subjected me to microwave testing" :D

My favorite was that he wants Michael Vick to stop dashing his hopes. Dude is funny, lol.

That's really no different from anybody "out here." Except for those rare cases where the federal courts will enter an order saying that some "serial plaintiff" has to get court approval before filing a complaint, any body can sue anyone for anything they want to, and the courts have to acknowledge it at least long enough to deal with a motion to dismiss.

true, but if you or I went and decided to do this exact same thing, we'd have to find a lawyer to represent us lol, that isnt free, and we couldnt try to have it heard in small claims either. that $68 billion is a bit more than they cover!

I'm more amused that this guy is convicted for wire fraud and is now, shockingly, trying to get free money...

OneTimeSBX 08-16-2007 09:14 AM

yeah your credibility for lawsuits is greatly diminished once you are convicted of fraud lol!

No you wouldn't. There's no requirement that you have a lawyer to bring a case; people bring crazy stuff like this without the assistance of lawyers much more often than you'd imagine. Believe me, I've been on the receiving end more times than I can remember.
