Okay what's the 411 on your break-ups? The nastiest thing done to you or you've done.

Anyway...tons of ice cream, chocolate, friends and family by my side got me through. But I have to admit...it's not easy to get over someone.

Breaking up with my 1st boyfriend over Christmas and having to write a Dear John letter because he just didn't get it. AAGH!
