Chapter Retreat Ideas

Hey Guys,
We are having our Chapter Retreat this weekend and I am planning for it and getting things ready. We do one every year and I have planned one before, but I was going to look for new ideas of what to do during this day. Usually, we set goals, go over new ideas, set dates, etc. What are some of the things you guys do at your Chapter Retreats?

Candle pass is a must. Great thing to do during the middle of the quarter/semester, helps air stuff out. We have a big one every spring. One of the guys has a farm and a secluded lake we all goto. Cooked a hog, and had a camp fire. We did a scavenger hunt. It sounds corny, but when you get a bunch of college kids without textbooks, computers, or tv's they start playing like kids again. The hardest part is getting everyone there. We do elections in the spring there.

Foxwoods, then Mohegan Sun. Best retreat ever.

There is a retreat guide available from headquarters that was created in 2003. It does not have some of the brotherhood activites, but is a great resource for planning.
