She was on Entertainment Tonight the other night and it was pretty obvious that she could go at any minute. She spoke about wanting to eat a burger and french fries so badly.

According to MSNBC she died yesterday and was buried today? That's quick.

I am really saddened by this :(

May she be at peace.

This really saddens me but I guess it should be looked at as a homecoming for her. My mom and I were talking about Tammy Faye yesterday. She had lost so much weight.

I liked her. R.I.P.

I knew she was close to death, but it still saddens me about her passing. I hope she's singing with the angels. :)

I really liked Tammy Faye. This makes me sad.

May she rest in peace.

I feel the same way.

And I'm not gona lie. I couldn't stand uber religious people, but after seeing her on The Surreal Life, I really had a lot more respect for her.

Was she Jewish? In Judiasm, bodies should be buried as soon as possible. If it can't happen on the day of death, it usually is done on the following day.

RIP Tammy Faye.

she was cremated actually:

King said the family postponed the death announcement for a day so family members could gather. Messner was cremated and interred in a remote part of Kansas at the Kansas-Oklahoma state line, King said.

u know...and not trying to be funny or mean spirited....I wonder with all the heavy makeup she wore for the longest time is such excess, if that may have been a cause of her cancer....

can we get an expert please?

Are you serious? Make-up causing cancer?

Skin conditions (as in acne), maybe. Cancer, no.

Generally speaking, cancer comes from genetics. There are often other factors involved, but recent studies suggest that cancer is found in patients with a genetic predisposition. Also, cervical cancer is unique in the sense that it is commonly created by a virus left untreated (HPV).

Tammy Faye was a cool lady, I hope her family finds solace in the fact she is a much better place.
