Mom charged in attack at Disney World's tea cup ride

One mother faces a felony trial and another the threat of lifelong head and neck injuries after a run-in at Walt Disney World's Mad Tea Party ride.

The fight as children and adults were boarding the ride was all about whether someone skipped places in line.

"Everybody was going to get on the ride," said Orange County sheriff's spokesman Jim Solomons. "You shake your head and wonder how this could happen."

Y'all don't know what that woman probably went through to get the money to go to Disney World from Alabama. She didn't deserve to have her place in line jeopardized. :D

I'm from Alabama and I went to Disney World......didn't kick any ass while I was there.:p

I just got back from DW and it was HOT and crowded. Whatever she sacrificed to get the money to go to DW doesn't excuse getting crazy over a place in line. You should be prepared when you go in the summer for there to be large crowds and rude people. I can understand if she felt she or her children were in danger, but because someone cut in line. That is just crazy.

I am that person that will cuss you out if try to skip me in line, but when you go to a place where you know that there are going to be a lot of people somethings you just need to concede. Now look for a 2 minute ride she will lose her freedom.

I haven't even read the article and I totally believe it. I was at DisneyWorld in April and parent were straight scrappin' with each other trying to get their child on the ride first. It was just one of those things that made you shake your head...however, seeing as how we were 3 college students trying to get on the ride with no younger children in our presence, I can't talk too much.:o
