Hey Everyone,
I thought I we needed a happy greek topic. So here is a celebrating poll.

Mine is definatly the sisterhood. But also the chance to rise above my horizons. I have definatly learned and expirence so many awesome things that I never would have with out my sisters.

I really love the fact that all my sisters are different. None are the "cookie-cutter" types and we all have different talents and strengths. But even then, we all have a common bond and know that no matter what, we can call on each other. Isn't that wonderful? That is what I love the most about my sisters and my GLO.

What I love about Alpha Sigma Kappa is how much energy comes from "youthful" idealism - be it from individual Sisters, an entire Chapter, or an group of hopefuls. http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/smile.gif Keeps on reminding me of how much we've accomplished already, and how much more is possible.

My favorite thing about being a Delta Zeta is the sisterhood that I have found and also the good times that we have together.

DZ sisters never end!

What I like to most about Sigma Gamma Rho is that my sorors have true hood (not just in the sense of sisterhood, but truely having my back no matter what!)

When I was a neo (almost 5 months old) me and 2 of my sands decided to step in this show in AZ cause our chapter was new and we needed money! So anyway the night that we're leaving, I go to the atm to get some money to pitch in on gas and found out that my account was NEGATIVE $250! I couldnt back out the show, cause the chapter was really counting on us winning and bring back the $1000, well to make a long story short... i had a place to stay, food in my belly, transportation, you name it! And I had never met these sorors a day in my life, but they took care of me and my sands!

Hey KDGIRLIE...this is a great topic!
I don't think I can narrow it down to one favorite thing, but I will say that moving away from your family for the first time was hard and although I had tons of friends in the dorms my sisters were my support network!
It is also awesome to work with a group of women for a common goal and see the results and leave feeling confident that everything is under control.
Sorority life has given me so much that I really just like sitting around talking to everyone and sharing fun and not so fun stuff...I think that's my favorite!
