I got a brochure for ASA jewelry from HJ Greek in the mail. We have two new badge options- all diamond or diamond with ruby points. Needless to say they are gorgeous. Did anyone else get this? Sadly pictures of them are not on the website yet. Are there any other badge options that you would like to see us get? I would love it if we could get a white gold option for our badge. I have the plain badge now, I really wanted to get the pearl with ruby points badge before but now the diamond and ruby one may be my dream one. Not like I'll be able to afford it, but hey, a girl can dream.

I haven't gotten the brochure yet, but I'm confused as to why they've started to offer diamonds, as diamonds have nothing to do with ASA. Sounds like a way for them to make more money.

I do like the idea of white gold (white IS one of our colors). I think my dream badge would be white gold, all pearl, and the letters, crown, and star engraved, like they used to do before HJ took over.

I think that they need to offer an all-ruby badge since the ruby is the jewel for actives and alumnae.

The only reason IMO for diamonds to be on a badge would be if it had diamonds, rubies, topaz and emeralds - for our primary and secondary colors. And I have a feeling that would be pretty tacky looking.

Diamonds, rubies, emeralds, topaz, a crown and a star. Why don't we just get guards that say "Merry Christmas".:rolleyes:

I received this in the mail last week. I like the new badge, but I wouldn't want to trade mine in (I have the ruby/pearl one). What would I do with the old one? Send it to HQ? It was expensive, though. So I am going to stick with the one I have until I die.

According to the Initiated Members' Badge Cost Form, when you buy a new badge, you can either keep the one you have now or donate it to headquarters. If I get a new one, I will definitely keep the one I have now. And I have to say that I am jealous of you because you have the badge that I want.

I have the ruby/pearl one with pearl guard.
