Program Ideas???
Can someone offer suggestions for ideas for programs for our monthly sorority meeting? I am hosting this month and for an example the gal that hosted last month had a "Wedding" Theme and her program was aboout the traditions of weddings etc etc...as her meeting was in June~ so it just seemed natural. I am not as creative as some and would like help with coming up with a fun topic/program for discussion. I am planning on having it outside in my backyard but I am open to any suggestions that a person could offer! THANK YOU :o

What type of sorority is it? Age range? |
Age range would be 30-40. We like to have fun and we have a wide range of interests...I just don't know where to begin? We've done everything from scrap-booking demos to learning (viewing) A-I for cattle! Which was very interesting actually!!!

How about a tropical theme - you could talk about the traditions of any tropical area - Hawaii, Tahiti, the Carribean. This would be perfect for your backyard.
For example if you choose Hawaii, you can talk about the significance of leis (this can be easily searched online) or the history of hula or Hawaiian royalty. My sister performs hula at luaus, which are fun during the summer. Good luck! |
Can you tell us a little bit more about this organization? Is it a community sorority for women 30's-40's? What is its purpose? Do you support a local charity? How do women go about joining you? Etc.
