New Dog

I go and pick up my new foster (potential adoption) dog from her spaying this afternoon. I'm told I should change her name so she doesn't have the reminder from her former (abusive) home, which is always something I agree with. The problem is that I can't think of any good names for her.

She's a 2 1/2 year old AmStaff/Boxer mix, 30ish lbs, tan with a brown snout.

My other dogs are:
Belle Lee- Rhodesian Ridgeback/Boxer mix, 55 lbs, almost 5 (in August)
Boomer Bug- Smooth Coated Collie/Rottweiler mix, 82 lbs, 3 1/2
Tips E- Lab/Cocker Spaniel/ Border Collie mix, 45 lbs, 3

I'd like another T-- name, to keep with the theme. Ideas?

Big dog, needs a big name.

Bupkiss.

I like Tallulah. It mean "terrible" in a Native American language, I forget which one, but it's a sexy name.

What about Taylor?

Just FYI, kstar, you're still in the OK area, right? If you ever feel like you want a greyhound, my sister-in-law fosters them out for the rescue organization.

Holy cow, at first I thought this said 300ish pounds. Yipes.

How about Tank? :) As Tom said, a big dog needs a big name.

She's my SMALLEST dog. I cannot name her Tank.

It's basically down to Tallulah and Tasha.

sdsuchelle 06-25-2007 02:04 PM

I like Tasha.. Tallulah is too long IMO.
