missing my area panhellenic deadline
 

hey guys, the deadline for registering with my area's panhellenic was in may and i missed it. the university i am attending next year doesnt have rush until the spring semester, so i emailed the woman in charge of registering and asked if i could still mail them my resume since my recruitment is spring and not fall. do you think they will allow me to do that? if i'm not able to send in my information, how important is it that i am not registered with them? thanks so much

I would think the AP would take your information and forward it to the reps of the GLOs at your school. I don't see why they wouldn't, given that you don't rush until the spring. I know that the deadline for our AP is so we have time to get recs done before fall recruitment. Let us know what happens - and make sure you go ahead and register with your COLLEGE panhellenic as soon as you can. Once you do, your information will be availible to the GLOs, and the alumnae will probably see about getting recs if need be.
In the meantime, network like crazy through your church,school, moms of your friends, your mom's friends to get personal recommendations for as many of the sororities on your campus as you can.
