Did anyone watch the cartoon? I hear they coming out with a movie -- looking forward to it. anyone know when?

Underdog the movie will be released in August.:D

This sounds absolutely hideous. They need to quit destroying good things with crappy movies. The only consolation is that it'll probably be out of the theaters and everyone's consciousness in 2 weeks.

I agree. If nothing else, Underdog without the voice of Wally Cox simply isn't Underdog.

I wanted to bump this because I just saw the trailer, and despite the fact that it is live action, it looks great. One of the scenes shown had me laughing pretty hard.

There are just too many darn movies I need to see this summer.

I saw the trailer this weekend, too. I didn't know what it was for at first, and I thought looked okay -- something good to take the kids to. But then it said "Underdog."

I'm sorry -- it may be an entertaining movie, but it is not Underdog. It just isn't. Shoot, he doesn't even speak in rhyme. Underdog always speaks in rhyme.

Why won't they leave my childhood alone?

On a side note, seeing the preview for Underdog at the theater made me realize how overweight my beagle is.
