Hi ladies!

I was wondering if UC Santa Cruz had a Tri Delta chapter, or if they were thinking of starting one? My sister is very interested!

No chapter at Santa Cruz (you can check TriDelta's website or the thread in this forum). As far as plans for a chapter, that really has to do with the campus, and the campus panhellenic (assuming there is one, I know nothing about Ca schools.)

Isn't Gamma Phi Beta there as well? I remember they were the only NPC there for some time before KKG came.

(At least that's what I recall from Corina's UCSC thread)

I remember them being there also but they werent listed on the school website. Maybe I overlooked them. I'll check again:)

Greek life is not very big at UCSC. I'm actually surprised that there are as many sororities listed there as there are. My brother's just finishing up his freshman year there and from what I've heard/can tell about UCSC I can't imagine them going through expansion any time soon.

Sorry to both crash AND dig up an old thread, but I had to correct some stuff listed here. Kappa Gamma Delta and Kappa Zeta are indeed both sororities here. KGD is a pre-med sorority and KZ is local. Zeta Phi Beta isn't registered with the school, so I'm guessing they're not active. Also, Phi Iota Alpha and Sigma Phi Zeta are fraternities. :)
