Families/Dynasties
 

Does your fraternity/sorority have structures such as families/dynasties? I know a few sororities on my campus that have "families" and a few fraternities on my campus that use a "dynasty" system, but each seems somewhat different. My chapter within TKE uses the structure requiring a member to have 3 active little brothers at any given time in the fraternity in order to start a new "dynasty"...however starting a new dynasty after already being in a dynasty is frowned upon...Anyone else have structures like this?
