Well if you didn't know I'm here to tell you. Two XM radio "shock jocks" apologized for a skit with homeless man.During the two shock jock's show on XM they did a skit that included a homless man who started to talk very graffically about how he would violently rape "CONNIE RICE," "LAURA BUSH," "HILLARY CLINTON" and some others.After the comments the 2 jocks apologized but, XM is now considering fireing them.

I wonder could it be that "XM" is taking a stance because of the IMUS thing? or Could it be because they are getting ready to merge with SERIUS in about 2 months??????Or did theses idiots think that they were going to get away with it???????I mean, THEY ARE NOT HOWARD STERN!!!!! right.;)

Off topic, but it reminds me, did anybody else see the homeless episode of South Park? "Change, got any change"?

I heard they were going to do a "Zombies on a Plane" movie.

I think Zombies on a Plane only ends up with a plane full of zombies and potentially a live pilot in the front who spreads them.... oooh creepy :-p

Well, I don't have XM radio anymore since I got a new car. When I did have it, I listened to these "2 shock jocks" every single day. We are obviously talking about Opie and Anthony. I am actually surprised that they are getting into trouble, because they ALWAYS push the envelope.
XM is caught between a rock and a hard place. If they fire O & A, I guarantee that they will lose a ton of subscribers. If they don't fire them, they could still lose subscribers.
I highly doubt those guys are sorry. When one of your most memorable skits involves a guy dress in a Hitler type outfit and a big black guy, with the object of the skit being which guy is more likely to be picked up by a NYC cab...you make no apologies. Right now, they are just seeing if they can keep their jobs.

I have Sirius in my car now and I was looking forward to listening to O & A again after XM and Sirius merges. If those guys get fired, that would suck because I cannot stand Howard Stern. blech.

I am not offended by them.

XM gave the guys a 30 day suspension.

It was 30 days with pay.
