This forum has been so boring lately - no one's ever here... I miss the old days of massive postings, and such.

I'm with you on bringing life back to the board

this year has been kicking my butt. And now the kids are more chatty than ever! BUT good news... I am moving to FIFTH grade next year - in our deluxe goat barn turned fifth grade building (like a million years ago) where the furnace blows up, theres mold... etc (but I LOVE MY SCHOOL!!!) the best part? My SMALL LITTLE ROOM connects to.... a Phi Sig! My friend/roomie/sister/I-was-her-MOC-in-2000 is in the room that connects to mine! I am so excited.

The wall between our (master) bedrooms (yea its pretty sweet) in our town house has all of our composites and paddles etc. Its awesome!

I have been bad about being around. I am sorry about that!!! But I do have a healthy, crazy and extremely active 8 1/2 month old. :eek: I can't believe that he is already this old.

Whats new? Not much. I do the same old... unless you want to know about teeth, poop, and nursing. :rolleyes:

I miss the old days too. I will have to come around more often.

Hey I never posted much but I'd love to get the board going again. I just graduated this past weekend from Hofstra University. I'm so depressed though to be leaving my chapter behind :( I have so many wonderful memories and I made so many close friends and I only a year to spend with my little :( Very sad...all the seniors cried a lot at Sapphire Ball and when we went out for our last happy hour. OYYY.

But good news is I have a second interview with Scholastic, Inc on Thursday AND I've already sent in my Alumni Interest Form to Nationals! :D

I've been quite busy lately as well. I just graduated with My Masters from Nova Southeastern University (we have a chapter there as well). Im going on my 3rd year of teaching and I was honored with the opportunity to teach gifted 5th grade next year.

no BF... thought y'all were on the marriage track and everything... :( I THOUGHT I was going to Orlando, then I wasnt' going .... then I was... and now I'm not... :( :( I wish I could afford to go as a non delegate.. because I just want to see everyone and have some good times.... but it's pricey. :mad: DAMN IT I WANT TO GO. :mad: :mad: :mad: I had the time off work and everything, and now I don't get to go... all because I suck and didn't just say Yeah I REALLY actually WANT to go if you don't mind. Long story there too.

Hey everyone! Just wanted to say that I got the position at Scholastic!!! :D I'm soooo excited. I'll be working in their sales and marketing departments. I also got a call from my community archon to see what alumni positions are available for me :) I'm a very happy girl.

I haven't been active for 2 years (on this website). I had a great year as a first year teacher, and now I am trying to get back into the Greek scene. I want to become the adviser for the Zeta Mu chapter once they come back to campus (they got kicked off). So, I will be on more often checking messages, and contacting Nationals as much as I need to.

I'm bumping this thread from last year.

Where am I at? Well I'm in Montreal :p I'm sure that's not what the OP meant though. Just as with sorority life time on this board fluctuates...now that I'm getting back into volunteering I may be on a bit more.
