Thoughts to Zeta Mu chapter at Va Tech
Please keep the Zeta Mu chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma at Virginia Tech in your thoughts and prayers as they deal with the loss of a sister from yesterday's shootings.

To Zeta Mu KKGs
I witnessed a fatal shooting in high school, and later in college there was another shooting in one of the buildings where I had many classes (but I was not there at the time). These two events impacted me greatly, and I have never fully recovered emotionally.
Our KKG sisters at VaTech need our love and support more than ever. Sisters, remember Caitlin with love, laughter and always as a sister in the bond. Love each other more deeply, seek out the true beauty in each other, and appreciate more fully the bond you share. You are loved and supported by a worldwide sisterhood that is thousands strong. |
My thoughts are with Caitlin, her family, and the Kappa sisterhood.

Prayers from CT to her family and sisters.

My thoughts and prayers are with her family and sisters as well as the Panhellenic family at Tech. Such a tragedy...

I'm keeping the sisters of Zeta Mu chapter in my prayers. My chapter lost a newly initiated sister when I was an active, and I remember how upset my sisters were.
What a tragedy. |
My thoughts and prayers go to everyone affected.
I had an APhiO pledge brother who was also a Kappa sister. I sent her my condolences earlier today. |
I am so sorry for the loss of your sister in this horrible tragedy. My prayers are for comfort and peace for her chapter and her family.
|
My thoughts and prayers are with Caitlin and her family, along with all the sisters of Kappa Kappa Gamma.

As information has been posted about the victims, Caitlin is mentioned as a woman who was intelligent, kind, helpful, and caring. The photos show a beautiful girl with a sincere smile. Our hearts go out to her chapter, her school, and her family.

kkg.org has some links regarding suggested donations in Caitlin's name.

Caitlin
The sky is a little dimmer, with a bright star now gone.:( Caitlin's wonderful promise of a future is no more, but those whom she touched in so many good ways will not forget her ever. Our words can't undo the tragedy, but our hearts can share your loss.

Thoughts and prayers are with the women of the VT chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma and all of the sisters everywhere. It is such a tragic loss, but always remember the good times you shared and the way she touched your heart. Love and prayers always.

My thoughts go out to Caitlin and her family and friends, as well as her chapter sisters. I did not know Caitlin, but I found out she was a 2005 graduate of my highschool, which has hit pretty close to home. From all I've read about Caitlin, she was an exceptional young woman and will be greatly missed. The superintendant of her highschool said on the news that she spoke with her father and he said that everyone "should continue to celebrate her life". So sad for this tragic loss, as well as all those who had their lives cut short unnecessarily.

Continued prayers and comfort for Caitlin's family and sisters.
