Finals!!!!!
 

I am sure it is almost finals week for everyone still in school. Mine are coming up this week and i have them all back to back. Good thing is that by thursday afternoon I will be out on christmas vacation!! Then, i wont have to start back up until January 16th!! In the meantime, i am majorly dreading my accounting final exam!! What exam is everyone else dreading?? I'm also dreading my accounting exam. http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/eek.gif I have that exam this coming Tuesday so everyone please pray for me! I have a huge paper due tomorrow, another final on Wednesday, and my last final is on the 11th. Then, I have until January to relax. http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/smile.gif

Oh no. Not accounting finals. Last year, I had one from 8-10 PM on a Friday night. I had a 102 fever and there was no way I could make up the test - I had to take it. I missed getting an A in that class by 3 questions on the final. Just thinking about accounting still makes me feel icky :P

I've got my finals this week too: MIS I on Tuesday, Econ and Operations Management on Wednesday, and Intro to Management on Thursday. Wish me luck!

I am dreading my Geometry. Right now I have a D in the class. I need to get at least to a C to get credit.

juniorgrrl, are you an MIS major? That is what I am thinking about majoring in. Next semester im taking the intro class. Even if i decide to change majors (hopefully not) i still have to take that as a prebusiness core class. Even if you are not majoring in MIS, what do you think about the class?

I'm done with finals! We're on a quarter system, so I'm in my second quarter of classes already. I had 3 circuits classes and a 15 page paper last quarter. It sucked!

Yeah, I'm in MIS. At LSU though, the major is called Information and Decision Sciences - Management Information Systems (isds-mis). This is my 5th isds class, the first was MS office, the second 2 were statistics, I'm taking operations management now (and its easy. The other class is intro to MIS. Its all about different information systems and *should* be easy, but my teacher was hired 2 weeks before school started, and he had nothing prepared. So he's been using the notes of the meanie that teaches the other 2 sections and just doesn't teach them. We had a *massive* project where we built a database from scratch, due the day after Thanksgiving break.

Anyway...overall, I love my major, and found it a *great* alternative to Computer Science (my first major). Too much math..yech!

juniorgrrl, well i guess it doesnt sound too bad. i was first going to do pre-med, but after taking my first biology class in college, that QUICKLY changed. I wasnt sure what i wanted to do in business though. I was thinking about accounting, but after this semester, it doesnt really call my attention too much. I'm dreading my EDCI 2030 final. It's strictly essay. It has 5 questions and each question has about 4 different parts to it. It due on Saturday at 10am and I have to submmit it thur email. I'm so excited! http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/rolleyes.gif

well, i took my MIS final (at 7:30AM) and it sucked big time. i think the teacher just made up questions that had no relavancy to the class. i made a 100 on the final, and a 68 on this test - hrm, anything wrong with this picture...oh well, i guess all i can do is wait and see what the curve will be :P
