Chapter in Louisville

I'm going to college next year and I have been doing some research about my schools and I just wanted to know if anyone knew if there was an active Delta Sigma Theta chapter at the University of Louisville. It's on my list of schools to consider and I checked the schools website and didn't see it on there, but I checked the Delta Sigma Theta website and I saw the chapter named on there. I don't live near Louisville and I wouldn't dare be disrespectful and ask someone outright to their face. So can someone please let me know if their chapter is active and if they have had a line in the past couple of years. I just want to know what is going on at some of the schools I am considering. Thanks! :)

But you think it is okay to be disrespectful to people online?

I just need a yes or no answer. I didn't say I was going to that school, I was just wondering. Thanks!

I would, but I believe that I do not have the authority to answer.

LadyT - ignore the troll.

1. Apply and get accepted to college(s)
2. Choose which one fits you
3. Worry about what Greek orgs they have.

In that order.

LadyT08, contact the school's office of student affairs. They may not be able to tell you when they last had a line, but they should be able to tell you whether the chapter is recognized on campus.

Secondly, DO NOT let the presence, or lack thereof, of a Delta chapter determine where you go to school. your first priority in enrollment is your education, not sorority membership.

Thank you. Haven't made my mind up about schools yet, there are a lot things I'm asking about before I choose, not just greek orgs, but thanks for the reply. I'm gonna shine and get my degree no matter what!

Thanks a lot! And don't worry, academics WILL come first!
