Formal Recruitment Grease Themed
 

Our theme for formal recruitment this fall is "You're the one that i want" It is grease themed. Has anyone transformed any of the grease songs into sigma songs? We are currently trying to change the songs but i wanted to see if anyone has already done that. Thanks girls.

That is our theme! We reworked the words to Summer Nights and made it Recruitment Nights. We also did Sandra Dee to Sigma Three! Unfortunately I don't have the words to the songs though :(. Instead of the pink ladies we were the purple ladies of course! Good luck!

is there any way i could get those words to those songs you all did?

We used to have a song to "We go together" can't remember all the words but I remember:

alpha beta theta delta epsilon
Remember forever like
sigma zeta lambda nu


basically it was all the greek letters... I think we used it for the pro greek round.

"You're the one that I want" is our theme too!
 

We did "summer lovin" and we changed it to:

"Sigma Rushin had me a blast,
Sigma Rushin happenned so fast.
Met some girls cute as can be,
Met some girls, they're just like me...

Recruitment days, driftin away but oh I cant wait till Bid Day
[then theres that 'oh walla walla walla umph'....]

i dont remember the rest and I can't find my binder!

But that's cool that there's some more doing it, we can all help eachother!

We didn't do a whole grease theme, but our shirts were pink with "Sigma Ladies" on the front and "We go together, that's the way it should be" on the back for recruitment week. Our bid day shirts had the grease car on the front with "Tri Sigma" on it and "You're the one that we want" on the back.

Basically this is the most impossible song to learn but here you go:

I'm currently working on our fall recruitment plans.. and we're doing a Grease theme... we're trying to think of a cool quote to put on our posters.. other besides "You're the one we want".. any ideas?? thanks! ISB

Maybe "We go together...that's the way it should be!" would work.
