Phi Mu Expansion!
 

Phi Mu will be turning in an expansion packet to Chapman University in Orange, California! This is WAY exciting, we only have one active chapter of Phi Mu and it's in Northern California. So ladies, keep your fingers crossed!

woo! so what is the actual process we have to go through now?

*crosses finger and toes*

The next step is to just wait because the submission deadline is August. From there, the packets will be evaluated and invitations to present will be sent out. Usually, three groups are invited but sometimes more, sometimes less. An invitation to colonize will be issued once the presentations are over.

What exactly is in the packet?

It contains information about your organization and what it can bring to the campus/community.

Crashing.

Is there any chance that Phi Mu will return to Ohio State? They were there continuously until the mid 1990s. I do know they sold their house on 15th ("Greek Row") and it is now used as an apartment house.

I was so sad when I heard they were no longer there. I had quite a few friends in that house.

Slim and None at this time. I feel fairly certain Phi Mu would love to recolonize its Upsilon chapter, but until the campus is ready, it isn't going to happen.
