I guess it depends how close the book you like your movies to be. The book had nanny and Grayer dressed up in costumes together, nannycam, satanic mrs. X, the cute guy upstairs who is supposedly out of nanny's league according to mrs. X...
Hard to tell how much they changed really. I read it again fairly recently, think I've read it three times now.
