Make-A-Wish Scavenger Hunt
 

If any of you are in the DC area...

The Make-A-Wish Foundation has teamed up with CVS and a few other sponsers to have a Scavenger Hunt in DC on April 21st. Myself and 5 other sisters from college are signing up to participate! We have a lot of local fundraisers planned, so if any of you are in the Northern VA area, let me know, we'd love to meet other sisters and have them support us, OR, you should sign up too! I'm really excited, I love scavenger hunts, and DC, so it should be lots of fun!

The way they're setting it up this year is once we have our team name set up, we get our own little section on their website...so for people to make donations, they can do it online, on Make-A-Wish's site, and if they just mention our team name, we get the points for what we raise towards the hunt.

Which team are you on?

Team Vipers...last I checked we were sixth or seventh place, but we held three fundraisers in Fairfax and raised almost three thousand dollars, so I'm thinking we might be able to bump ourselves up a few spots ;) I'm really excited, the weather is now supposed to be sunny, so it should be a great day!

Now it looks like your team is #3 in fundraising -- way to go!

Thanks!!! We have a few tricks up our sleeves though ;) The Chi Kappa chapter is helping us, and we have a few more checks that we need to cash. So we should get up to at least #2 again :)

I'm so excited that its tomorrow! Especially since it'll be so pretty outside in DC!
