In reading the article, there was nothing else that could be done!:o

The idea of LXA is caring for your Brother and in this situation it was lost in a time of so called fun.

At least it turned out well for this young man.

I believe that the artcle is new, but the event took place maybe as far as last spring. I think they were investigating it for a while and had them on suspension, but I believe Lambda Chi cut ties in the summer with the chapter. Cause I remember hearing about the chapter there being closed a while ago.

This could well be the case. I had not heard of it before and it showed up in a weekly message fromt he Association of Fraternity Advisors and the date was 2/7/07. An old news report would not surprise me. I suspect that AFA has a bunch of college interns who are hot to put stuff out and cold on fact checking.

With a story like that, I can't say I really blame them for closing the chapter.
