Essence Music Festival
Is anyone else going to the Essence Music festival in New Orleans? I will be there and it would be interesting to meet some of yawl (yes I said yawl).
Also, for my Greeks in the Dirty South, give me some ideas of things to do in New Orleans (Sin City). Peace and Luv to all |

Mandingo, you're so lucky! I live about 3 hours from New Orleans and am dying to go sometime this summer...but not this weekend (I gotta work)...things to do in New Orleans: EAT, EAT, EAT! Anywhere you go is loaded with slamming food...if you're up for walking, you could do Bourbon St. and the French Quarter, the Garden District, and if you like Jazz and Blues, you're up for a good time. Whenever we go to Sin City, there's no reason to plan an itinerary...just do what sounds good (while staying in a decent neighborhood). Have a good time!
