Hello My name is Meiko I am from Phi Beta Psi Sorority Inc. Alpha Gamma Chapter New York City.

I know how hard and how expensive it is to have a meeting place in New York even to just have a business meeting.

I am going to be renting a basement apartment in Far Rockaway, Queens just for me to chill at a couple times a week. So since I am not going to be living there on a consistent basis it would be cool for a small chapter between the size of 2-9 people who want to meet up and do business meetings or pledge meetings or just to hang out and chill that would be cool. Since you are my greek brothers & sisters I am renting the space out for only $30 per day. If you rent on a consistent basis I will make a discount for a monthly rental use. Monday- Friday days are almost always guaranteed days for rental. Weekends are probably a time that I would most likely use it so advanced notice for weekends is needed so I can see if I can make it happen, which most likely I will if given advanced notice.
