I suppose this makes them sex offenders?

"Amber and Jeremy were arrested. Each was charged with producing, directing or promoting a photograph featuring the sexual conduct of a child. Based on the contents of his e-mail account, Jeremy was charged with an extra count of possession of child pornography."

Since everyone seems to be going by the letter of the law, I suppose the parents, the police officers, and the judges are ALL guilty of "possession of child pornography", since they all viewed it.

Then there was the case of the kid who took a Playboy magazine to school to show his friends. He was charged with disseminating pornography to minors and - yes - was labeled a sex offender. He was 14.
