Planning a mixer
 

I just became the social chair of our sorority and I have to plan a mixer soon. We just had one tonight and it was nice. It was semi-formal with sigma pi's we called it our winter mixer and they wore coats and ties and we wore cocktail dresses. We danced and ate.

We don't have a house, just a chapter and we don't spend alot on these like some people.

I am trying to think of some ideas that are fun and have people involved. Mind you these have to be non-alcoholic. So any ideas would be very helpful.

we had a Scavenger Hunt mixer one time. You break the group up into smaller teams and give them the clues that, once they figure them out, point them to a spot on campus. Once they get to the spot, they find another clue to figure out and get to the next spot.

I don't remember what the winnning team got.... Probably free swag - shirts, hats, whatever.

then it was back to the house for drinks and partying.
