I really wanted to attend, but it is waay too early in the morning for me and plus I have multiple activities planned on that same day. I guess its a question of priorities;)

I'd contact C-Span. Since they aired it, it's a part of their video library and can be purchased. Also, if Tavis' tour came anywhere near you, you might be able to purchase that event from them.

When Tavis came to Kent State with Cornell West ('06!) in February, I'm pretty sure KSU was recording it.
