Subject: My Tyra Banks Cover Story

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to do a mass email to encourage you to buy the latest issue of
People Magazine on newsstands Friday January 26. "Tyra Banks Fights
Back: You Call This Fat?"

This is my first cover story and it has been such a blessing after
having only been at People for less than 2 years. I've been working on
getting her on the cover for four months, so needless to say I am
extremely pleased with the outcome. I did all the reporting for this
story and I'm very honored to say that Tyra Banks is the second African
American woman on the cover of People Magazine (except for special
issues like Most Beautiful People). She is second only to Oprah!

Tyra opened up to me about her weight gain, dating, life as a talkshow
host, and the "dimples in [her] booty" in the six-page cover story.

I'm encouraging all of you to go out and buy the issue, on stands
tomorrow. We all have tremendous buying power, and I want my editors and corporate executives to know that diversity on the cover of People Magazine is in high demand!

your individual support and encouragement.
