I know, but it seems like when someone is in question here on GC, the girls stories always include something like "she wasn't in our database" and the guys stories seem to include "he didn't know our handshake".

Not only that, but the *same* handshake varies from campus to campus. I once witnessed an out and out fight between two guys, both of whom were in the same fraternity at two different schools. Each thought the other was perpping because the grip was off. It was kinda amusing, to be honest. One guy said (paraphrasing), "If that's how you learned the grip, then I'd hate to think what you think the letters stand for." Guy two, "Oh, I know what the letters stand for. You're the one who doesn't know the grip." Guy one, "Oh yeah? Then what does XYZ mean?" Guy two, "You're wack if you think Immagonna tell you what XYZ means. You tell me." One, "Hell no. You tell me." It went on and on and on. They eventually got into it pretty good, and were asked to leave the party. I still don't know if it was ever resolved. All the girls there were like :rolleyes:.
