Badge Problem?
 

My pledge class got our badges tonight, and I was so excited. Anywho when I opened it up to look at it tonight once I got home, I realized that it was NOT the badge I picked out. Of course it had my info on the back. See I know that I told the girl that filled out the paperwork that I wanted this other one, so now I feel like I can do nothing to fix it. I really don't want to be a witch, but I know this is not my fault. I also have a feeling that IH will tell that if I want to change it then I will have to order a replacement and shell out like another 250 bucks. This meant alot to me, I agreed to get a really nice badge in place of a class ring as well. I know the first step would be to talk to the girl who ordered them, but other than that I am stumbling around in the dark.

Yes the first step is to talk to the girl who did the paperwork and find out what was actually ordered. If you ordered what you wanted and they sent you something different then it's the jewelers responsibility. Now if the order wasn't put in right, then there's nothing you can do except order another one.
