Yes, my lightning quick Phi Sig reflexes tell me that it is Gamma Alpha founded in 1969, just two years before Gamma Gamma! ;)

Nope, as far as I see, the only Indiana chapter is Theta Theta at Southbend.

There is also Iota Epsilon at Indiana University-Kokomo and Epsilon Chi at Indiana University-Southeast.
