body wraps

I searched but didn't find this topic--

The big topic at work: body wraps. Has anyone had one? Did you lose inches permanently?

I've personally never had it done but I have a friend who did. It's good for the first day or so if you have an event that you're going to and want to look slimmer. Since body wraps remove water from your system, you'll gain the weight back as soon as you start eating and drinking. My friend did it for her HS reunion and was a couple of pounds lighter after the treatment. She claims she lost 2 inches from her waist as well. But the next day her weight and waist returned back to normal.

I have never had one. I plan to though. It is not a permanant fix. ZTAngel is right. It is mostly water weight that you will lose. However, if you go to a couple of sessions continue to eat right and exercise you will see a significant difference.

If you wanna lose water fast, take some diuretics like "PVL Watertight" or Dandelion root. I did that 2 days out from an event (it was a Figure competition) and my abs looked ripped! Good stuff!!
