My Apologies to you
 

Hello men of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity,

I am here to officially apologize for a post I made here on GC that stated some incorrect information alledging hazing incidents by your organization. As stated in the post it was a email I recieved yesterday on CollegeClub.com I did not research to see if the info was accurate, I only thought to share it with you. This was my mistake and if I offended anyone in the process I wholeheartedly apologize.

For future references (and this is for everyone who posts--not just Alias_01), it's best to touch base with the moderator(s) of a forum via private e-mail to see if such topics can be posted. We do not want to see rumors spread or perpetuate fabrications and myths about our orgs, especially ones about illegal activities. We take hazing accusations VERY seriously, and so do our national officers. When the media gets its hands on stories like these, our orgs are forced to take the defensive, even though the accusations may be completely false (as in the case of at least 2 of the incidents reported in the article you posted). So, as I said, next time just run it by the moderator(s) first. Happy Posting!
