Do not order from greekshoponline aka Syamore Sun and Spirit!!!!!!!
I ordered 2 sweatshirts from them on July 25, 2006 and never received my order but my credit card was charged. They never responded to my phone calls or emails. I have contact the local police department and chamber of commerce and subsequently learned that they have gone out of business. The storefront is vacant. However, their website is still up. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! YOU WILL GET BURNED LIKE ME!!!

Thank you for this, internet dbagery is one of my biggest pet peeves

If you're real and not a puppet (1 post?) contact your credit card company and dispute the charges if it isn't too late already.

I'm outside of the 90 day window to dispute the charge. My money is probably long gone but I wanted to warn others. Just wondering how many other people lost money. This place was 3 blocks from Indiana State University!!!

Why did you wait so long? What they did is wrong, but you are partially to blame for your lack of recovery because you did not contact your credit card company within enough time to dispute the charge.

I appreciate the warning then. Too bad you can't get your money back though. You might at least attempt it with the CC company under the premise that you attempted to resolve it through alternative means first. Couldn't hurt.

Otherwise, this is when you file it away as "lesson learned" and don't get caught with your pants down the next time ;)

Listen - you have 6 months to "dispute a charge" on most major credit cards - I know this because I have to keep all of the cc receipts for 1 year for my business - also people have disputed charges (usually businesses) after 6 months and I had to come up with the signed or approval name for the receipt - if the business is out of business then your cc company will usually be able to follow up on the company and charge in question.

So, I don't think it is too late for you. However I of course do not know the whole story so the above is an uninformed analysis.

Yes..i did wait too long...actually forgot about it...still no excuse for what they did.

Not sure what cards you have but for my credit card, there is a 90 day window for disputes. After that, you're SOL. As I said, my money is gone....I just posted this for general information. I'm not a college student...have been out of college for a long time. Just trying to save those hard working college students some money and frustration!

Definitetly thanks for the the heads up warning about this company.
