Just an idea

Whats happenin, im a young aspiring Sigma, ...and i had an idea for the community,..i know it sounds kinda out there but please try to hear me out. I was wonder if the PHI BETA SIGMA fraternity could start something like a junior fraternity for high school students, myself being one. I think it would really make a difference in the community, especially in my hometown of Vicksburg. It gives young men like me a reason to get off the streets and not to do crazy crap...and i think it would be alot more interesting than some of the not so interesting clubs that they offer at my high school. but like i said it was just a thought.:D

1) Check out this link: http://www.pbs1914.org/nationalprogr...mabetaclub.asp

2) Contact the graduate chapter in your area to find out if such a program exists already.

3) Be aware that discretion is key. If you aspire to be a Sigma, please keep that to yourself -- not because that the world isn't happy for you, but because it's not polite to share that info. Trust me.

4) Finally, your screen name could be construed as disrespectful to actual Sigmas.

Just words to the hopefully wise from an Alpha who feels like being charitable.

Senusret:
Thank you fellow Greek. Couldn't have said it better myself. Young man if you are serious about becoming a Sigma Beta(a group that has been around since 1950, the first of it's kind) PM me and I can get you in contact with some brothers in your area and I am sure they would be happy to meet with you.
And again you should rethink your screen name.

Have a great day...
