If you work for a professional services firm ie. accounting, law firm, architechture, etc. what do you do for thank you gifts to clients? Like "Thanks for becoming our client.." type of thing?

My firm has given wine baskets and made donations to charities, but we want to do something elegant and classy, but that will stand out and not just be another "thing" cluttering someone's desk.

Any best practices? Thanks! :)
