New job!
 

Things have never been rosy at my current job. My boss has done everything in his power to make my life a living hell from day one. Things have been going from bad to worse. I GOT THE JOB!!! :D :D :D

This seems to be the sort of place where I can settle in and make my career. The work looks interesting, and the people I've met (including my manager-to-be) seem like great people. Plus, my commute will be a bit shorter.

Now all I have to do is negotiate a starting date and write my resignation letter ("Dear Asshat...")

So, I found out about a job through a friend of my parents'. It's a legal assistant job...just something to get my by and keep me busy this summer. I decided it would be a good idea to do some research on the law firm and what not. As I was checking it out, I found out that one of the lawyers is my ex b/f's uncle. It's not a big deal, we'll probably never even cross paths, but still, I think the universe has a funny sense of humor sometimes :rolleyes:

I got a new job too! They hired me on the spot! I'm about to Graduate and I'm trying to save some money for some trips and my next level of education. You're looking at the newest "local grocery store" cashier! I'm very excited. Paid to scan things and stand there!
