How do you win at Presents?

Our Presents is a semiformal where we introduce our new girls. It's just SKs and dates.

Sophisticate: Do you mean greek awards or something like that?

Drolefille: We don't have anything like that where we present the new girls. We were supposed to have a semi formal, but it luckily (I'm too busy and don't want to buy a wintery dress) got pushed to spring.

lol we always had a semiformal and a formal each semester. If we have a spring class then we use our Sweethearts (Valentine semiformal) as a Presents as well.

Fall: Presents, Violet Ball
Spring: Sweethearts/Presents, *formal name that I forgot* :p
(Hence my confusion!)

I got an email from your advisor Autumn about it. Congrats to you girls!
Maybe I'll see you this Sunday at the Initiation Tea.

In our school, all the sororities and fraternities compete in Presents. We are then ranked, [ one, two, three ], and that will affect our point status for over-all Greek week.

At my school, that was serenades. The new members would go to each fraternity's meeting and perform. Presents is a semi formal. :)

No. :( Darn hubby decided he'd get sick & dizzy on me so I took him to Urgent Care. I was so pretty & dressed too. :( Maybe at the next event we'll get to meet up. You can't miss me. I'm the lady with the wild & curly hair that can't ever be tamed. ;)

Each new pledge class down here has to go "announcing" where we serenade the fraternities and they check out our new pledge class. The boys come announcing to our house too during dinners.
