Mold causes closure of Chapter House
 

While searching for something else, I came across this odd news story:
"An infestation of mold in a fraternity house will force the University of Kentucky to move all 48 residents to temporary housing within three weeks. Much of the interior of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity house at 410 Rose Lane will be torn apart........"

Anyone else ever hear of something like this?

It's not totally uncommon. HVAC systems, if they're poorly maintained, are breeding grounds for this sort of thing. If water's getting into the building in any way, it can happen and grow unchecked for years.
