Can someone please name this cartoon for me? It's a weird Japanese or something cartoon and all I remember is the boy and his dad singing the man of honor song. It goes...

"A man of honor, must have honor and a peeeeeeeeeee-nis."

Ok, found it. The name of the cartoon is Shin Chan from Adult Swim. Here's a short clip from it:
