(CHI-O WANNABE)
I am a senior in high school and want to become a CHI-O in college. Does anyone have any advice for a wannabe???

I'm glad to hear that you're interested in Chi-O, but don't limit yourself. Go into recruitment with an open mind.
I'd give you the same advice that I'd give any potential new member. Be prepared to talk about yourself and your activities. Be yourself. Have an open mind. Ask questions. Don't stress out. Remember that the active ladies are wanting you as much as you want them. Recruitment is very much like a job interview, you want to show off your best features and at the same time they want to show off their best side. Look at the other potential new members as you go back to the house through the week. Look for a place you fit in, not the "prettiest" or "coolest". Most of all, take the time to enjoy meeting so many wonderful women! Best of luck Heidi co-moderator |
Nice answer, Heidi.

Heather thats awesome that you are interested in CHI O! Chi Omegas are an awesome group of girls! In the Rush Forum-Southern Theta-has an excellent post about Rush that should help alot. Check this out and I strongly recommend going through Rush with an open mind, you never know who you'll really like until you meet each sorority. I wish you the BEST OF LUCK!!! http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/biggrin.gif
