Good luck Trey. I hope you get it. With emeralds, a diamond, and white gold, though, it's the kind of badge non-LCA collectors will go for too, so be sure you bid enough in the end to actually win it.
There are many reasons why badges turn up on ebay. Usually the owner is deceased and the family has an estate sale. In some cases, the badge was lost, then found by someone who didn't know what it was (sometimes they get it back). I found one on ebay after the brother got divorced and his ex hocked it (he got his back). More than one has come from a brother who simply didn't wear it anymore and sold it himself on ebay. I haven't heard of one yet that turned out to have been stolen. Has anyone? ZAX, Jono |
None that ahve been stolen, but a Brother was going to sell his on e-bay as his Zeta was closed.
I talked him into keeping it.:) He sent me a message thanking me. |
