It's Canadian Thanksgiving!
Canucks,
What are you thankful for? Did you do your turkey dinner yesterday or are you having it today? |
Did Canada have Pilgrims that shared their first ever Thanksgiving meal with wild Indians at a huge wooden table with an enormous turkey as the center piece too???
|
I've had my turkey dinners for the weekend: one on Saturday and one last night. Tonight I will be enjoying leftovers!

Today was an especially good Canadian Thanksgiving. :)

Since we are now in the US, we didn't have Thanksgiving. Mr. 1228 had to work.
However, my mother in law is visiting from Canada. She had a turkey sandwich on sourdough in downtown San Fran today |

I ran a 10K (56 minutes...woo hoo!), then worked out with my trainer, etc. As for me, I am thankful for Mr CP2K, my terrific family, the freedoms and priviledges that I enjoy living in Canada and in one of the world's most beautiful cities, my health, my job and my car that is reliable and runs! |
