It was a pretty good movie. It wasn't overly dramatic and kinda predictable in places.

Those guys were pretty good looking!! :D

ADPis and Phi Mu's will like it...there's a lion in it!;)

I can never again take Josh Hartnett seriously in a movie since, years ago, dearly departed GreekChatter juniorgrrl described the expression usually on his face as "always looking like he's trying to figure out an algebra equation."

If I remember correctly, there is a fighter squadron in L'Armee de l'Air (the French Air Force) that adopted the Indian chief in war bonnet emblem of the Lafayette Escadrille.

In World War II the British Royal Air Force Eagle Squadrons (Nos. 71, 121 and 133) continued the tradition. When America entered the war, the Eagle Squadrons were absorbed into the U.S. Army Air Forces (it wouldn't be the U.S. Air Force until 1947) as the 334th, 335th and 336th Fighter Squadrons of the 4th Fighter Group, which are still active today flying F-15Es from Seymour-Johnson AFB, North Carolina.

When I first heard about it, I thought it was based on of the WWII book by same name.:( Book written by same man who wrote Flags of our Fathers...which is coming out soon.:)

Thus was a bit put off...will see it sooner or later.....if just for the Lion!;)
