What do any of you know about the collegeclub.com web site? They have a huge membership and even a Chi-O club. I'm a little cautious when I get into anything new on the net...ya never know.

I don't know anything about that site. Wish I could help.

OMG!!! I sent an email to join this club on collegeclub.com on traveling cuz I plan to go to Italy this summer. It was a private club so I had to ask the host for a password.

This dude emails me back and says welcome to his club. Then he adds that the password is wetp---y. Aghhhhh!!! It seems that everywhere you go on the net you run into gross peeps who only use it for one thing. Its a shame. I try to tell my mom that its really not that bed (which is a stretch...lol). Many of the sororities don't even open their web sites to the public because of privacy concerns.

One friend tells me there is a web site where all these guys send in nude pics of their ex-girlfriends and brag. That's about as low as you can get...and then some. The moral of which is never, never allow a revealing pic cuz you might be on candid camera.

Collegeclub.com is an okay website. I registered on the site a while ago, but to be honest, I rarely log on to it (probably because I spend all my time on GreekChat). In fact, I totally forgot that I was a registered user until I read your post, cutehootie.

The website offers a whole bunch of stuff that college students might be interesting in. I joined the Greek Central message board, but most of my incoming mail was for party advertisements from the different chapters across the country...yeah, like I'm really going to fly across the Pacific..<??>.

They have this thing called Match U., and honestly, I think it's a meat market...if you're into that kind of stuff, I'd say go for it...but I know you ladies have better things to do!

Many of the Greek-related forums have flaming posts, and I choose to stay away from that room, but there are great discussions that I enjoy participating in.

I did go back to the collegeclub.com web site and found a several Chi-O groups that have a fairly large membership--Chi Omeaga Rocks with 115 and Chi Omeaga Online with 64. I have joined those two and the member list has a nice cross-section of sisters from all over. Its mainly an e-mail post type of exchange.

I will let ya'll know how it turns out. I still love this discussion list where you can see all the posts. This helps me follow the flow much better and lets me see just how sweet all of you really are. http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/smile.gif LIXO

I am actually one of the co-moderators of one of the chi-o clubs on collegeclub..its been pretty dead in there though..I am the moderator of the private club(there are 2 or 3 public, and one private, for initiated members only) if anyone is on there that wants the password to join, feel free to drop me a note..we need some new people..like I said..its been really dead in there!
