Theme Input Needed Please

Hi Ladies, this year for our open house nights we are going with a Cheers theme...like the TV show. Our shirts have the logo only it says "Phi Mu Est. 1852" and the back says "Sometimes you want to go where everyone knows your name". The problem we are having is how to further use that theme during the night, decorations etc. I was just wondering if any of you had any ideas that you would be willing to share with me. Thank you so much!

Hello, Phi Mu from Pi chapter! I met several of your girls at Pittsburgh Leadership Conference. :D You're a great bunch of ladies! I'm sorry to say that I can think of much input on a Cheers theme, since it is a bar... that makes it kind of hard to do decorations without affiliating with the image of alcohol.

Not sure if this would be allowed, but one year we used plastic martini glasses and made fruit punch.... the kind with orange sherbert, sprite, and fruuit punch? Our advisors are always pretty strict and they let us do that.

Thanks ladies, I don't think we are allowed to give the PNM's any kind of food or beverage, our Panhellenic doesn't allow it except on Pref night. Maybe we will just stick with a sisterhood theme since we do want to stay away from the bar thing. Thanks again!
